Yes — up to $50,000 per top-up, depending on the card type. There is no limit on how many times you top up.
No. Crypto deposits only for now.
No. Deposits and withdrawals in the wallet are not limited.
No. A card is topped up only by the wallet that owns it. To send someone funds, deposit crypto to their account.
Yes, but you'll need to submit a request to support from the mini app. Withdrawal usually takes one business day.
Payments and currency
USD and EUR. In the mini app you can choose the card that suits you best. When you pay in another currency the amount is converted automatically at the payment network rate.
Yes. The issuing bank converts the payment into the card currency. Banks may add their own FX fee, which differs by country and currency.
  1. Open the Wallet app and tap “+”
  2. Choose “Debit or Credit Card”, then “Continue”
  3. Tap “Enter Card Details Manually”
  4. Enter any name, the card number, expiry date and CVV
  5. Agree to the terms
  6. Choose email verification
  7. Enter the code the bot sends you

Do not retry straight away — repeated attempts can trigger the bank’s risk checks and block the card. Write to support and we will tell you the reason.
Limits and restrictions
Limits depend on the card type — the exact numbers for your card are on its page in the app.
Single transaction — up to $50,000
Monthly spend — up to $1,000,000
Maximum balance on card — $50,000
Top-up — up to $50,000 at a time
Anywhere regular bank cards work — hotels, flights, restaurants, online stores, subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, Apple) and more. Some categories are blocked, see the next question.
Money transfers and quasi-cash, gambling, adult content, investments and brokerage, high-risk goods and a few other categories do not go through. See the full list.
Yes. The card cannot be used by residents of, or for payments originating in, a number of countries and territories. See the full list.

Restricted merchant categories

  • Money transfers & quasi-cash — wire transfers, money orders, PSP transfers, cash disbursements, quasi-cash, wallet top-ups, and similar fund movement operations.
  • Investments & brokerage — brokerage, dealer, and investment-related services.
  • Gambling — lotteries, online casinos, sports betting, racing, and related categories.
  • Adult content & escort services — escort agencies, dating platforms, massage parlors, and similar adult categories.
  • High-risk & prohibited goods — weapons, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, and high-risk tobacco retail.
  • Fraud-risk merchants — pawn shops, debt collection agencies, bail and bond payment services.
  • Luxury & collectibles — fur, antiques, stamp and coin dealers.
  • Political, religious & civic organizations — political parties, religious organizations, and labor unions.
